These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prop Trading Stat ("the Service"), a web-based platform operated by KVA di Andreas Zanin, P.IVA 01199720077, REA AL-266378, Italy ("we", "us", or "our").
The Service is available globally at proptradingstat.com. By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prop Trading Stat is a record-keeping, analytics, and performance-tracking platform designed for proprietary (prop) firm traders. Features include:
The mobile app shares the same account system and data as the web platform and is subject to these same Terms. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
IMPORTANT: Prop Trading Stat is a data recording and analytics tool only. Nothing on this platform — including records, charts, analytics, goals, badges, leaderboard data, public profiles, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, trading, or tax advice of any kind. We are not a financial services firm, investment advisor, broker, or regulated entity under any financial services law in any jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence, if higher) to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement has been violated.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent Free tier limits. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free accounts may store up to 50 records and access basic analytics and goal features. Certain features are restricted to Pro subscribers, including: unlimited records, CSV export/import, PDF and Excel reports, advanced charts (Streak Stats, Calendar Heatmap, ROI Progression, firm comparison), goal templates, custom alerts, monthly spend limit, public profile, monthly email digest, and notes on records.
Pro subscriptions are available in three plans, billed in USD:
Prices displayed at checkout are final. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) may be added by Stripe at checkout depending on your country of residence, in accordance with applicable tax law. All prices are subject to change with notice (see §5.7).
Payments made on the web platform are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Supported payment methods are those offered by Stripe at checkout and may vary by region.
Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile apps are processed as in-app purchases by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). In that case billing, local-currency pricing, and payment methods are handled by the respective store under its own terms, and the price shown in the app may differ from the web prices in §5.2 due to store pricing tiers and currency conversion.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. For web purchases, you authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fee at renewal, and you will receive an email reminder before each renewal. For in-app purchases, renewals are charged by the App Store or Google Play according to the store's renewal terms. To prevent a renewal, cancel before the renewal date (see §5.5).
You may cancel a subscription purchased on the web at any time from your Settings page. Subscriptions purchased as in-app purchases must be cancelled from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, as Apple and Google do not allow us to cancel them on your behalf. Upon cancellation:
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Italy by D.Lgs. 206/2005, Art. 52) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, under Art. 59(1)(a) of the Italian Consumer Code and the equivalent UK provision, by expressly requesting that performance of the digital service begins immediately upon purchase — which you acknowledge by completing the checkout — you waive the right of withdrawal once you have accessed any Pro feature.
If you have completed a purchase but have not yet accessed any Pro feature, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting [email protected].
Except as required by law (§5.6 above), subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time or features. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. extended service outage attributable to us), we may issue account credit at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Active subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the effective date and will not be charged at the new rate.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to Pro features will be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. Repeated failed payments may result in subscription cancellation.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform (records, notes, goals, etc.). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete your account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not verify, audit, or validate any trading figures. Do not enter any data you consider sensitive beyond what is needed to use the platform.
If you enable the public profile feature (Pro), your chosen display name and aggregate statistics will be publicly visible worldwide. You acknowledge that:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials comprising Prop Trading Stat are the exclusive property of KVA di Andreas Zanin or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any data displayed is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, KVA di Andreas Zanin and its representatives shall not be liable for:
Where limitation of liability is not permitted under mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KVA di Andreas Zanin and its representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) any content you submit, publish, or share through the Service.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and Pro subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused paid period.
We operate an optional affiliate/referral programme. Referral earnings are credited to your account and may be requested for payout once the minimum threshold ($100) is reached. The following conditions apply:
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All personal data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. billing records retained for tax purposes). Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. However, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence also apply and cannot be overridden by these Terms.
For users in the European Union: any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the courts of Italy or, at your option as a consumer, to the courts of your country of habitual residence. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For users outside the European Union: any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or by a prominent notice on the website at least 15 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KVA di Andreas Zanin regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
