How it works

Three steps to launch your coach dashboard.

Apply

Email us with a short pitch: who you are, the size of your audience, your link to YouTube/Discord/website. We approve coaches manually to keep quality high. Approval typically within 1–2 business days.

We activate your dashboard

Once approved, you get a unique referral link and a new "My Traders" tab in your account. The referral cookie lasts 30 days — every signup in that window is attributed to you.

Share & track

Promote your link in YouTube descriptions, Discord pinned messages, course materials. Each new student appears in your dashboard with the prop firm data they log — and you earn on every Pro upgrade.

Privacy is a feature, not an afterthought

We've built the coach dashboard with explicit consent and trader control at every step:

Disclosed at signup

When a student registers through your referral link, a banner explicitly tells them that you'll see their trading data — before they create the account.

One-click opt-out

Every student has a "Coach Data Sharing" toggle in their settings. Disable it and the coach immediately stops seeing their P&L, records and analytics — no manual review.

Read-only access

Coaches can never edit, delete, import or modify student data. The dashboard is strictly view-only — students retain full control of their account.

Commissions independent

Even if a student opts out of data sharing, your referral commissions on their Pro subscription continue normally. The two are decoupled by design.

Frequently Asked Questions

Both earn the same commissions. The difference is the dashboard: as a Coach, you also get a private "My Traders" view inside your account — aggregate stats, top props, individual student breakdowns. Regular affiliates only see signup counts and earnings, not per-student data.

Yes. Every student who registers through your link sees a clear disclosure at signup naming you as their coach and explaining what data you can view. They can also disable sharing at any time from their Settings page — and the toggle is hidden for users not under an active coach, so it can't be enabled silently.

They still appear in your roster with a "Private" badge, but their P&L, records, prop firms and analytics are immediately hidden from your dashboard. They're also excluded from your aggregated totals (income, top props, etc.). Your referral commissions on their subscription continue normally — privacy and earnings are independent.

Coach status is invite-only and approved manually. After registering on Prop Trading Stat, email us at [email protected] with: your name, the platform you operate on (YouTube channel, Discord server, course landing page, etc.), audience size, and a short pitch. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Yes. If you were already an active affiliate before being upgraded to Coach status, all your existing referrals automatically appear in your new dashboard — provided the student has data sharing enabled (default on for all users).

Yes. An active Pro subscription is required to access the Coach Dashboard. This keeps the program aligned with serious mentors and helps cover the infrastructure cost of running per-student analytics. The standard affiliate program (commissions only, no dashboard) remains free.

No cap. We have coaches with hundreds of referred traders. The dashboard scales with your roster.
