Prop Trading Stat is a web app built exclusively for prop firm traders. It lets you track every expense (challenge fees, resets, subscriptions) and every earning (payouts, bonuses) across all your prop firms — and turns that data into clear analytics, ROI metrics, and performance insights.

No, and intentionally so. Prop Trading Stat is manual-entry by design. You log what you spend and what you earn — no broker API keys, no OAuth, no sync tokens. Your broker credentials stay with you.

All of them. You create your own custom list of firms — FTMO, Apex Trader Funding, E8 Funding, The5ers, Topstep, Funded Trading Plus, or any other. There are no limitations, and new firms don't require any update from us.

All of them. Prop Trading Stat is instrument-agnostic. Whether you trade forex, futures, US stocks, or crypto prop challenges, the platform works the same way.

Yes. Prop Trading Stat is available as a native iOS app on the App Store and as a native Android app on Google Play. The web app is also fully responsive, so everything works in any browser. All platforms share the same account and data.

Pro adds: unlimited records, full interactive analytics with charts, ROI Progression with projections, Streak Stats, Calendar Heatmap, Compare up to 10 prop firms, Goal Templates (ready-made presets), Custom Alerts (in-app + email), Monthly Spend Limit, monthly email digest, CSV import & export, PDF & multi-sheet Excel reports, notes on records, public stats profile & share card, and priority support.

Pro is $19.99 USD/month, $49.99 USD/quarter (save 17%), or $149.99 USD/year (save 37%). All plans include all Pro features — no tier differences within Pro.

Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time from your Settings page. You can also switch billing periods (monthly → quarterly → yearly) through the billing portal.

There's no time-limited trial, but the Free plan is permanent and lets you evaluate the platform before upgrading. The live demo also shows the full Pro experience with no sign-up required.

On the web, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe — we never store your card details. In the mobile apps, you can subscribe via in-app purchase, with billing handled by the App Store or Google Play.

If you have not yet accessed any Pro feature, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable.

Streak Stats (Pro) show your current and best streak of consecutive profitable months, plus your best and worst individual month by net P&L. Visible in the Analytics section — great for understanding your consistency over time.

The Calendar Heatmap (Pro) displays every month in a 6×2 grid, color-coded green for profit and red for loss, with intensity proportional to magnitude. It gives you a year-at-a-glance view of performance without reading charts.

Compare Prop Firms (Pro) lets you select up to 10 of your own prop firms and see a side-by-side breakdown of your income, expenses, net P&L, and ROI for any year. It answers the question most traders never check: which firm is actually giving me the best return on my own trades?

Custom Alerts (Pro) let you set a monthly threshold for metrics like net P&L, income, or expenses. When your data crosses that threshold, you receive a notification via in-app alert, email, or both — before the month ends.

Pro users get ready-made templates across six categories: Monthly Net P&L, Monthly Income, Monthly ROI, Annual Net P&L, Annual Income, and Annual ROI — each with multiple target amounts. Templates pre-fill the goal form so you can set a goal in one click.

Download the Prop Trading Stat CSV template from the Records page, fill it with your existing data, and upload it. Your records are imported instantly. This is a Pro feature.

The Public Stats Profile (Pro) gives you a public URL showing your verified P&L, ROI, active prop firms, and badges — without revealing individual record amounts. Share it on social media or with prop firms as proof of your track record.

At the start of each month, Prop Trading Stat sends Pro users a summary email with the prior month's total income, expenses, net P&L, and ROI. It can be disabled at any time from Settings → Preferences.

Yes. Your trading data is stored securely in your account and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond running your account. The only public-facing element is the Public Stats Profile, which you explicitly enable and fully control.

Yes. Pro users can export a full PDF performance report, a multi-sheet Excel report, and a CSV of all records from the Analytics and Records pages. You own your data completely.

Yes, from Settings → Account. You'll receive a confirmation email with a secure link (valid 48 hours). Once confirmed, your account and all associated trading data are removed from our live systems immediately. Any residual copies in routine backups are purged within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored on secure servers. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow GDPR guidelines for data handling and retention.

The affiliate program is invite-only: create a free account, then contact [email protected] to request activation. Once active, you get a unique referral link in Settings and earn 10% of every payment from traders you refer — $2 per monthly, $5 per quarterly, $15 per annual payment, renewals included. No cap, no expiry.

Once your referral earnings reach $100, a "Request Payout" button appears in Settings. Submit your PayPal or bank details and we'll process your payment within 5 business days.

No limit. Refer as many traders as you want — every Pro payment from your referrals counts, first subscriptions and renewals alike.
